The Great Offshore Picnic

The count down is on to the hottest picnic of the summer!  The Offshore-Onshore Technologies Association of Nova Scotia’s annual picnic on George’s Island takes place this Friday.  In past years the picnic has literally landed on the hottest day in June and with little to no shade on the island (and a great deal of beer being consumed) sunburns were par for the course.  This year is calling for light rain however it won’t dampen spirits, or attendance, at the twelveth year of true ‘social networking’ in the middle of Halifax harbour!
